It seems we can’t go a day without someone telling us the ‘10 things that are ruining our diet’, or ‘what food groups to avoid at all costs.’ We’re in the middle of the age of information overload, and it can feel confusing to know exactly what will work. After hearing so many people not knowing the next best steps to take, I came up with my own solution.
After a decade in the science field in both food and medicine, I switched my career and focus to nutrition and dietetics. I now dedicated my expertise towards changing the way people interact with food.
